The company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with these terms or fails to meet the required qualifications for renting a vehicle.

The rental period begins when you take possession of the vehicle and ends when the vehicle is returned to us, as specified in your rental agreement. Charges are calculated based on the rental duration, type of vehicle, and additional services requested (such as insurance, GPS, or child seats). Any late returns will incur additional charges, calculated on a daily or hourly basis, depending on the terms agreed upon. The rental price may vary based on demand, vehicle availability, and special promotions, and is subject to change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed.

The vehicle you rent from Irfan Bhai Rent a Car must be driven only by licensed drivers who meet our rental requirements. You agree to operate the vehicle in a responsible manner and to follow all local traffic laws and regulations. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition it was rented, with no damage beyond normal wear and tear. Smoking and carrying pets in the vehicle are prohibited unless otherwise stated. Any damage or loss caused to the vehicle during the rental period, whether due to negligence or accidents, may result in additional charges for repairs or replacement. We offer various insurance options to protect both you and the vehicle during your rental period. Please review the available coverage options carefully and select the one that best suits your needs. In the case of an accident, theft, or damage, you must report the incident to us immediately and follow our procedures for filing a claim. You are responsible for any fines, penalties, or legal fees incurred during the rental period. Irfan Bhai Rent a Car is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the vehicle. Certain restrictions apply to where and how the vehicle can be driven, such as off-road usage or driving outside the country, and violating these restrictions may void the insurance coverage. The rental vehicle is provided for personal use only, and the renter agrees not to use the vehicle for commercial purposes or sublet it to third parties. The vehicle may not be driven outside of the specified geographic areas, nor may it be taken off-road or used in illegal activities. The vehicle should not be used for racing, towing, or transporting hazardous materials. Furthermore, the vehicle cannot be driven under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other intoxicating substances. Any violation of these restrictions will result in a breach of contract, and the renter may be held financially responsible for any damages or legal repercussions that arise. Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the rental pick-up time will be eligible for a full refund or credit, minus a small administrative fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one day's rental. No refunds will be provided for rentals that are returned early, unless there is a valid reason deemed acceptable by Irfan Bhai Rent a Car. In cases where the vehicle is damaged or lost, the renter will be liable for all repair costs, recovery fees, and related expenses, and no refunds will be given for the duration of the rental period the vehicle was unavailable.
